Fair amount of decay in that there stem Jay

.

Yeah I did want to try and do something with the timber and was thinking of get an Alaskan mill to have a go at milling bit the top bit was very pappy and the old decay pockets on the bottom pick had large amount of soil and rubbish in there so I think it will just go for firewood. Tree was over the main drive of the school and had been in decline for a while so had to come down unfortunately. There is another immature beech behind where Stu took the pics so hopefully that will flourish now it's not so suppressed.

We started a site clearance for a new development today. Only 3 conifers left to fell and a whole pile of brash to throw a match too.

The stumps are high because mark b told me it's how the cool kids roll and so a digger can get them out.

Nice Job Ian, you seem to be doing alot of big clearance jobs lately.

Cheer Scott, I think it's because I own a few bits of kit that make me able to win these types of work. Well over most my competition, don't think I could ever be without the skid steer these days. Although the manual doesn't say anything about you having to watch your weight because it's not exactly hard work.
