very sad news my heart goes out to the family just goes to show that it does'nt matter how cearful a person you are accidents do happen. does any one know this guy ?

Damn, terrible news for all concerned, it does bring it home reading stories like this.

Worth bearing in mind, esp in these tight times, not to take any unnecessary risks to shave a few bob of the price of your jobs. Take care
