I was lucky enough to have both the battery and the petrol one on demo for a day the other week.

Both great saws

The battery one was weird to use but could be good on the right job.

The t540 14inch bar was awesome felt good in the hand and we raced it against a 201 t 12 inch bar I've had since January and the husky was a couple of seconds quicker. I've been told feb as well for the release.

Sorry about the delay in getting back about an update.

Unfortunately though there is no update.

It's still down for the 1st quarter of next year with no info as to why it's been delayed.

On the plus side (well for us :001_smile:)it looks like I should be able to get my hands on a demo battery top handle. which is due out in January but maybe this December.

Sorry I couldn't be of any further help but I'm assured the above is the only info available.

If I hear any news I will make sure to post it here.

The main problem with the Husky combi can was the non-spill spout was utter crap and the orange plastic was too thick to see how much fuel you had left.

When the fuel spout inevitably fails, i put an oil spout on the fuel end, although its not non spill, it lasts!
