your not wrong there Allan, my dad's been around landys for years n years, he always carries a rag with him just in case, he let me use it once but kept hold of the corner haha, oh its a pic thread? ok heres one of his motors

A chap a few doors up from me has just a Range Rover off roader this weekend, Think its a 92 j plate, Big lift, Massive tyres and great big V8 engine, its awesome Never spoke to him before but i went and introduced myself

 

The smell of the V8 is wicked when its revved.

its been a trials motor for about 30yrs, not mine its my dads but im working on getting it from him, believe its got sII axles and engine, got v5 and was prepared for mot last year but then never taken, he did a swopsie for it last year for building a massive trailer, and been parked up ever since, couldn't resist a pic of mine sneakin in there, drove over this puddle without landy falling through ice last trial in jan:thumbup1:

managed to tow old foden wagon out of the mud (its 3rd axle drive wasn't engaging) no probs, then had to bumpstart the tractor...all on road tyres(uphill) oh sorted some slightly worn bfg muds to put on soon..can't wait

Got a series 3 landy with some freewheeling hubs on the front that were leaking oil. I replaced the gasket & put more oil in & it is now worse than befor!

 

What have I done wrong? The ball is pitted & I have smeared grease over it in a hope this mite help..

Plus a host of other mods that I struggle to remember!!!
