Someone the other day told me they were thinking of stopping making the defender. Anyone else heard of this?

It's true last orders for defenders need to be in by June for the last production run in December

:ridinghorse:Right lads dilemma.... need to change around wheels have 33 1250 r 15 mud goodrich on.... want to put disco td5 alloys on! (defender crew cab) they are 18 inch, so was thinking 285 65 r18.... bf goodrich.... at's, very close to the 33's

Obviously using hub adaptors..... now i know some of you will yell NOOOOO!wheel spacers are deadly... but i have been using them for years... no issues check them every so often ect.... so if you can get over that !

2 what size tyres wheels?

Today I'm not enjoying my Land Rover, it needs a new gearbox AND a new transferbox!! And while they are out they are putting a new clutch in. I'm glad I'm VAT reg now LOL. :)

Not good at all, putting recon stuff in or getting new?

Those little cogs must get some pain round your way with narrow twisting roads up and down the box a lot towing as well.

How many miles has she covered?

Just done a complete fluid change on the cherrypicker to make sure all fluids are as good as they can be to hopefully stave off the same needing to be done any time soon.
