So its a yoke at the back, sweet and thank you, just been looking at the UJ parts easy source and find:thumbup1:

 

would you buy a rubber plate as well for the yoke?

The whole unit is called a universal joint or UJ.

 

Each UJ has 2 yokes and a "spider" or "cross" in between, each one has four caps containing needle bearings

 

 

You will be lucky to find a single yoke for sale

HI TONY if your after a single yoke i will ask my mate they have loads of parts thanks jon :thumbup:

Terrafirma double cardan prop? Maybe speaking to a landy parts specialist like paddocks would get you what's needed. Looks like it failed good and proper. Zip ties and duct tape not work for now?

That is one heck of a failure, out of interest is your land rover been lifted? I lifted mine and I put a wide angled prop shaft on the front and a spacer as the UJ's were quite tight, changed as a precaution.
