I'v just put a tipper on my 110, it looks assume, its my retirement car. 2011 Puma, Wolfe heavy duty with just a standard low back tipper of an old Tata. really pleased with it, and me thinks its the best one I have ever seen . Took 5 days to build.

It was a 6x6 until a subby smashed it to bits, it was nudged into high box diff and not noticed by the said subby until it was too late. A shame as it would cost around 4k to fix. big owch. We had a spare rear axle so it is now running in 6x4. It was awsome offroad until we had the misfortune! Its been 6x4 now for a couple of years now boo hoo!

Can't help with the door but an underseal product is normall good. Spray if you have a compressor and gun, if not then its the brush on stuff. Underseal is a good product IMO.
