All the best safety gear on my sites.

Used high lifts for years dexta but found I was constantly replacing the wood bit and more so recently as the quality has gon down so much, made myself 1 but just like the plastic as light easy to see on the ground and hammer in easy.

Mostly just a backup as 5-1 did most of the pulling and if it's really bad iv got a 20ton stubby bottle jack which lifts any tree you ask it too.

I know what you mean, the wood in the wedges doesn't last.looks like you were bang on with the placement of your tyres:thumbup:

Here you go Paul.

1st pick, the reason why I didn't want to rig the whitebeam off itself-slightly compromised!

2nd all logged up and a happy customer

3rd, a heck of a lot of sawdust.

I hate having to log stuff up on site for people as creates so much clean up!

Twas hot finishing this off today!

Standing in a bag is so you Mr Git:D it's a no brainer.;) while you've been standing in a dumpy bag......me and stealth have been forced to eat ice cream all week because of the heat! A couple of reductions...and a tree inspection and the sun beating down finnished us both off us a few little dismantles....I prefer the Autumn and winter for tree work to be honest.
