Ok...well i am strict monday to friday...i start the day with my one and only black coffee. Then yoghurt (45p) and fruit(14p).....Dinner i have salad(£1) with meat (chicken, turkey or fish at between £1-£2 max) water(19p at least 2 litres a day) in the evening i'll always have a bowl of Spinach or Pea soup (£1.50) i never stray from that Menu...i buy it every night as part of my VERY ritualistic routine...

My Thai (Ex) Girlfriend and i go for a Cycle of at least 12 miles on Saturday morning.I realised i am not looking for a full time relationship right now...i am enjoying being a family man and Grandfather too much and really only need a good friend so she is my cycling buddy once a week and in the afternoon she cooks me any Thai dish i want but mostly she knows i like Drumsticks in Oyster sauce with Sticky rice...
