Had my annual haggis, tatties and neeps today. No dram but toasted it with a can of Irn Bru. That will do me for another year!

Why restrict your haggis to once a year?

Madness! Great grub, enjoy it all year round. Once a month here at least, there is a tinned version by "Grants", very tasty, in fact the nicest haggis I eat.

Just back from a Burns supper, soup, haggis neaps tattles, steak pie veg tattles, cranachan, washed down with a couple of beers and a couple of drams, all interspersed with songs and poetry, good night out.

Sounds like a good night out!

1485587870909.jpg.f86b5ebeff9180dcdd64eddafd1ba140.jpg and going to the Gym now is part of my daily routine. It has enhanced my life......Everything about me physically has changed in some way.The only outward difference is that my Uniform in now all Size Large instead of Extra Large as it had been for a few years. My old T-shirts are baggy around my mid section but the only casualty in this has been my chainsaw trousers. They need a belt fully tightened to stay up!!
