In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

you can have healthy AND tasty...!:biggrin:

 

Been eating meals as part of my fasting days that are less than 300calories and have been absolutely delicious

 

for example, the other night i had spiced pork tenderloin with a spinach and rocket salad, topped with a mango and mint salsa and grilled plum tomatoes:thumbup:

Think it might be a little bit cold before it gets to you:001_rolleyes::laugh1:

 

Or you could try one of these i've been cooking... All healthy , low cals and TASTY!:biggrin:

 

Spinach omelette with basil and shallots

 

Chargrilled tuna steak and plum tomoatoes with steamed asparagus, broccoli and baby sweetcorn

 

Chicken thighs in a tomato, olive and chipotle sauce with a green salad

 

Or, chicken thighs in a worcester sauce, lemon, garlic and honey marinade with shallots and a mustard-citrus jous

You deffo need some cookin lessons Silky.

 

Plain rice is fine...but you can do loads with a bit of pork or chicken.

 

Try some basic marinades....

 

You could just add a bit of balsamic vinegar, or mustard, or soy sauce...to the pork and leave for ten minutes along with a bit of garlic. Also fry up with a few onions ...shrooms...corgette etc.

 

You can do so many things to make life a bit more interesting without being a fat ...so and so. I'll be keeping an eye on your efforts.:001_smile:
