You can count me in as another one on a diet of sorts Silky. Been watching the Paleo thread with interest and I've given up the sugar, bread and other wheat products. Quite hard, at least at the start, as you don't realise how much sugar is in nearly everything you eat. Still, if I can keep it up for a month and then I might allow myself the odd beer or wine.

On Thursday Connor left...he has become a good friend over the few months he was here and will continue to be.He has been learning well to be a great climber and shows good and safe skill with a saw.He is as comfortable knocking a large top out of a tree with a 660 as he is reducing a sycamore with a 150t...whatever he chooses to do (almost certainly as a lead climber) I hope he enjoys this Industry as much as I do! He is destined for great things! He tackled some big trees on his last week...when his last day ended I took him home but promised Bear I would go via the Garage where he works so he could say goodbye. I will post his progress as and when it happens:)
