Lanyard set up

Just made up a first 'proper' lanyard for my 6 year old son....:thumbup1:

4m of Silverstreak, 8mm Marlow db, screw gate gecko, petzl oscillante and a bent gate gecko. Cheap and cheerful but better than the old cord and long prusik he has been using, and no fiddly locking gate on the end he needs to move.... Bent gate has a retention rubber on it as well to make sure he doesn't lose the krab :001_smile: hopefully the weather will be good enough for him to try it this weekend.... He's still a fair weather climber! :laugh1:

I watched in utter disbelief as a bloke use his brand new imori rope to pull a chipper out of a tight spot!:scared: The rope was butchered except for the spliced end which had been tucked away so i salvaged it and it is now what i call my "Sports strop" i love it.. Simple and visible :001_smile:

Oi You nicked the end of my rope!
