A mate of mine done exactly that once with a stihl combi can on the chipper exhaust lucky it was the chain oil side like yours it sure would make a bang if it was the other side!!

 

Um, looks like the petrol side to me! :scared1:

Tipped my tracked grinder over a few weeks ago tracking it down some ramps and ground gave way!!! luckily there was a 3ton digger about to lift it back up.

for spuds i would run a feild trailer am condering setting up a silage trailer with duel floatation tyres with offset hub centers and rear streer axels or copping some lpg timber trailers for some of our silage ground but if we do get stuck it not good news we ran trailed forage harvester on duels as once we whent through the crust stop and go get the 20m tow rope or

better still a tracked dumper and have an elevator to load the boxes out of the feild
