Things have been moving on on the weight loss department. I'm down two stone since I started, my goal is 13 stone. It's amazing the positive feed back from friends and family. Shedding the pounds have also made me noticeable lighter when climbing so it really is worth the effort.

Dropped 4 stone in 5 months through laying off bread and being a very active garden maintenance business. Got 2 stone to go. Good Luck Guys over the next few weeks and possibly the hardest time to lose weight.

Customers is a Nutritionist and she advised leaving out bread so I did and its worked for me, I still eat rye or sourdough but not the processed mass produced sliced white/brown stuff.

Mmnnnn Mince Pie cut offs.....

Haven't had them for years. The hardest part of giving up the bread is the luxury of the soft bread combined with brown sauce and crispy bacon...

Down to a trimmer climbing weight of 84 kilos (13 stone) now. What did it was just cutting out the crap during the day. I also eat 4 pieces of fresh fruit or raw vegatables every day, it's good cos it fill you up.... Just a nice little tip there ;)

Customer of mine is a Nutritionist, lost her sister and nearly her mum to C. Swears blind that one of the biggest threats to healthy lifestyles is white bread. I dropped 4 stone by listening to her and giving up the bread. Eat porridge with no sugar for breakfast, take pure honey through the day with bananas, apples when I hit a low and jobs a good un.

She also suggest Almond milk instead of the semi skimmed, not gone to that yet but will be working it into the everyday over the coming weeks.

Giving up chocolate and the vino is the biggie but got to start adding years back on to this body after all its the only one IVe got:lol:
