Great programme, when is it gonna be our turn to get on the box. Weve had loads from the States, now it would be nice to see something homegrown. You never know perhaps one day we,ll see someone from here being followed by a camera crew.

Anybody else notice the difference in the focus on safety between these Canadian crews and the American crews in Axemen?

 

Did like seeing the 62 year old logger who'd had no accidents in his whole career.

if you look on you tube there are quite a few advisory videos from the hse in british columbia on work practices for forestry, construction, agriculture etc. shows they take it seriously.

i was reading on the internet that a few of the firms on axemen had safety inpections after their tv appearances, some were hit with fines and temporary shut downs.

I noticed that aswell - good programme and it appear the H& S was a bit more stringent than for the rednecks in axemen...
