The ms150 is on the Dutch stihl website, with an rrp of €444.- which equates roughly to an FR Jones price of £300-ish.

On paper it does look like it would appeal to carvers but only has 1.0Kw, half the power of a half-decent electric saw.

The vibes are listed as 4.9m/s both front and rear which I thought was mad high for such a little saw.

wonder what the 661 will be like? 461 looks ok from the pics, not a fan of the new style all in one filter cover screw down lid design like the 261/362.

I had my heart on a 660 but may & wait and see what the 661 is like!!:thumbup1:

Went into my local Stihl dealer today to try and buy an MS460 to be told that they had sold all their old stock. I looked and a couple of the on-line retailers are still showing them for sale but as I have a good relationship with my local dealer and as they were £50 cheaper than the best on-line price I came away with a shiny new MS461. I just hope its as good as the old 460.

Is anyone else out there using a 461? If so what do you think of it?

Cheers, Nick
