I,ve never had any problem understanding but i speak the lingo!....problem is they,re 270 miles away from me...so,i like to jump on the train at Clapham Junction and head off to honey brothers....it,s a grand day out. as you leave London and head off to the Countryside..by the time i,ve had a coffee and a butty and trawled through the website....i,m there. just a short walk through beautiful tree lined road you,re there...Great friendly service..good deals staff know there stuff.

MOG honeys brothers is west of London and proclimber is west of everything!!! About as far west from london as you can get before you fall off wales into the sea.

I've always had excellent service from Gustharts. All the staff may be climbers as they can all answer any question about every single product they sell without having to put you on hold.

 

The only downside is their dodgy accents :lol: =QUOTE]

 

I 2nd that apart from the accent bit, normal to me its the rest that talk a bit funny like:001_tt2:

as for discount it normaly costs me more going to the shop as i spot something ells shiny and just pile it up on the counter:blushing:

would say honey brothers for face to face serivce and a shop with everything in. just a bit to far away for you matty boy!!
