Bear in mind that my newest saw is over 10yrs old, but of the ones I've got the 044 is the best all-rounder. Really good from 13" up to 20", OK up to 25" and will tolerate a 30" bar without complaining, albeit rather slowly.

560 eats every thing .. Every day I spend with this saw it impresses me a bit more.. My 357xpg 15" 3/8 was a great saw... Faultless but I think the 560 is the way forward.

 

Second that . Hsusqvarna 560 13",15", 18" The best 60cc saw ever made !
