Thanks it all looked about right to me, but as I said to begin with I'm not a landy pro! And the sudden discovery of it having over 200k on it had me a little startled. However all these positive comments are encouraging.

Oh yes Geoff it does have helper springs inside the larger coils, but all the mots have been class IV and I couldn't find the plate to check weights. Could it be because it's classed as a 4x4 or something, or it's got the standard 3050kg gvw but helper springs just for good measure? All 110's should be class 7 though as class IV is restricted to 3000kg and they are 3050kg, another can of worms I'm sure.

Looks good Billy-What's it plated at on the V5?...What happened to that monster Dodge Ram you were going to tipperfy?

I've requested a look at the v5 but not seen it, so not sure however it does have helper springs and Salisbury axle...but apparently the hd's have a different chassis also, which I don't know how to identify.

The Dodge got written off by a women who 'didn't see it' haha! Whilst it was parked but I bought it back and it's almost repaired but no tipper as yet

Billy, that's not an HD chassis, if it was, you wouldn't see a weld seam running along the top.

So you will be down to a 3050kg gross and that box looks heavy, it has also had the rear member of the chassis redone
