I think you need to get a calculator out, a ton bag is no where near a cubic meter! Why sell wet logs cheap? Totally the wrong approach to good business and customer relations. Also a ton bag does not hold a ton of logs.

Oh and if your using scales have you the paperwork to prove there calibrated by am approved firm? Just a question trading standards ask?

Yep all in order with paper work and as i said testing the water plus customers are busy buying so who gives a dam there happy so im happy guess the keyboard warriors have arrived

Dont ask for advice then as you obviously dont take any of it on board.

We all need advice now and then but when someone is criticism of your choice of method rather than saying look you selling you logs a little cheap but how much do they make around your end and i can tell you what you should be asking not bloody arguments advice is advised not to start a debating war

I have weight scales on the van that tells me exactly what I have on the back so yes i can tell what wait im selling and most of you guys are up the country diwn where i live they selling seasoned logs @ £55 per ton or tone bags

So think that @ £35 per tonn isn't that bad for unseasoned logs afterall you have to wait for them to dry to be used other wise customers will block most flutes resulting in saying you logs a crap and then loos most of you customers so i do know about business m8 its just that your behind on time's and knowledge of weight of approximately a tonn bag hold as cubic metres

How long ago were you a prison officer Ian??
