Steve has told me the android app is not functioning correctly yet. I think it has been pulled temporarily for a re-release in the next few days.

Still no joy for me on the iPhone, it won't work at all :confused1:

Am I missing something? It's downloaded what it said it had too but I click the app and it's like it crashes every time

Mate, maybe try deleting it and reinstalling, I don't think they charge if you've already bought it, at least I haven't been charged when I've had to re do.

I bought it through my laptop then plugged my phone in, rather than downloading straight to phone, shouldn't make a difference really.

Prob not much help Moz but scratching my head a bit i'm afraid

The fungi app is awesome. Used it the first day I had it, using the search by colour app to identify a parasitic bracket on an Oak, which will now be closely monitored.

The customer was impressed as well!

When I start the knot guide it downloads 808 files and says "this may take a while", it does, several minutes on the wifi
