I delivered 3 cube bags of unseasoned ash logs to a customer about 2/3 months ago. i recieved a phone call from him today saying he wasnt too happy with them... he said he noticed his eyes seemed to be a bit red and was difficult to breathe.. :confused1: alittle taken back i asked what he wanted me to do.. he said if i could exchange them for some others that would be completley fine.

what i would like to know is.. what the cause of this may have been?

thanks for the replys..

having just spoken to him on the phone just now, he told me his chinney was swept last month.. im even more confused now..:confused1:

the ash was hollow when dismantling.. would the rotten pieces have anything to do with the above matter? and its a log burner not a open fire..

Maybe a crow had made a nest in the chimney??

if he is getting red eyes and it is a woodburner he must have a leak in the smoke side of the fire tell him nobody else has had a proplem / or if you value his custom go around and have a look for yourself with a fire blazing birds only take a few days to start a nest . did he have a poroblem before the sweep went there he could of dislodged somthing so many variable you need to see the proplem
