This week I'm working I'm the woods for a forestry contractor, I really enjoy it as you turn up fell trees and go home. I got home to an answer phone message telling me a job I had booked for a couple of weeks time has been cancelled due

To them getting a cheaper quote after accepting mine. I really can't be bothered anymore, customers can be a pain at the best of times but they all seem to be trying it on at the moment. Trying to knock you down in price, I've just about had it with em:(

I suppose at least they had the decency to tell you, rather than you just turning up and finding the work had been done..........

There is a lot of timewasters out there hodge, but take the rough with the smooth, maybe a lucky exit and they may have knocked you on completion of work or took a while to pay maybe..... at least they rang you though so you can re arrange things.... if necessary, have the day off, and relax

hence the reason i stick with forestry you go to work do the job until asked to stop it pays the mortgage people dont want to pay for work in there gardens and not get something to show for it sods law
