Ed, is the wall painted with proper projector style paint or just emulsion?

If you paint it with the right stuff then no need for a screen. I use a screen cos there is a window where I want to project to. Check AV forums for advice.

Indiana jones was not even enjoyable! MAybe the blu ray made it look even more cartoon like, I'm still unconvinced about HD for films, a bit of grain is no bad thing. For sport or natural history stuff HD is great.

Mine would have to be my Xbox 360, far superior than those sony types :001_tongue: I have my 360 wired up to our pc so when I want to listen to my music I play all 150g of it on speakers throught the house and have a nice display going.

As an avid gamer been playing games since the day of Atari, and so I find a lot of my rainy day time infront of the tv with my rapid fire trigger fingers :laugh1:

Mossberg 930. Niice.

I was after a Mossy 930 spx for a while Ed, but couldn't find one anywhere, so I settled on the FN SLP Mk1 that you see in the first 2 pics (does look very similar to the 930spx eh?) Being a European make, I figured that the FN would be superior to the Mossberg (and it is!) Jeez, you should see that thing shoot, it cycles sooooo quick!!

Blimey! The most sophisticated thing I've got apart from my laptop to come here is a toaster! Unless a pickup truck or Peugeot 405 diesel trump that!. I knew a guy in forestry who literally lived in the woods; he was skinny as a rake, could cut over 100 trees a day, had his tea in the pub, went back to his straw bale in a corrugated shack in the middle of the moor and was cutting from dawn til dark! Must be in the wrong job???!
