got the one tree down in 3 hours, started the 2nd tree and got to the stage where i did not have the energy to cut witha silky,i had to come down and lay in the garden for half an hour,i was wiped out???

big mistake,i had burnt off all my enegy and had no food to build it back up:blushing:(had plenty of fluids)

i was in bed 9pm on tues night, had a good nights sleep, got up weds had breakfast, off to work with my groundie, popped in a dealers for some wedges, popped in a garage for derv and some sarnies:001_rolleyes:

a good nights sleep and plenty of food, great days work done and felt 100% awesome, job finished.

I have porridge every working morning, brought to me in bed by my wonderful wife  it has been this way for 20 years (except when each of my 4 children were born, when I got my own breakfast for two weeks to give here a break  )
