So Mr Nepia, I assume that you can see the video but Stubby and others say they cannot unless I post it on YouTube.

This video was taken on my iPhone and posted via the usual “click to add image or file”. 
Do you or anybody else know what the problem is and how to solve it?

Can't help with any issue I'm afraid.  When I click on the link it transfers to the bottom left of my screen and downloads: I either wait for it to download and select 'open' from the menu or immediately select  'open when done'

I don't know but guess it is the way the browser identifies the file.  I see it as an audio only but in firefox I can right click on it and save it, I can then play it in a video player.
