I'm on the lookout for a second hand tophandle saw. We don't do a lot of tree work but a tophandle saw would defintely be a worthwhile investment so where is the best place to get one? bit dubious about using fleabay lol!

I did think of getting a new ms200t but at around the £500 mark its a bit over my budget i'm thinking of spending more in the region of £200 at the moment.

then hopefully when i build up a better client base for tree work (i do mostly garden maintenence and landscaping atm) i could perhaps invest in a new one then.

Make sure you have your NPTC CS39 qualification to use a top-handled saw commercially, or you will be arrested, tortured then executed.

Mr Stihl will not supply them to the UK, that does not mean you can't get them. I sent another member on here a 192T from the Netherlands which came to £290 including vat and postage, but no bar+chain.
