I could do with an impact wrench for removing the wheel nuts on my mog and trailers, I have a compressor but its only small, so don't think it would be up to running one.

Are any of the electric ones any good??

Yes they are ace but as anything battery good ones are expensive, but I haven’t seen one that would crack off a wheel nut of that size, you would have to bar them off then use the gun to wind them off or on. A small air impact wrench would do the same thing but they are greedy on air so you would need a compressor with a decent sized receiver

Oh yeah it would be slow but it would do it. When I used to work away from home with machinery we would take tools to run from the tractors own air supply like grinders, windy guns etc. I think the 3 tanks on my mog work out about 75 litres so it don't take long to empty them with tools that have high air consumption but it's an option.

I was thinking of one with a cord, it would be for use in the yard so does not need to be cordless.

I would not mind cracking them off with a bar first, its the removal and refitting that gets tedious.

Any recommendations??

That would be ideal, but they will be very hard to come by I would imagine.
