Fond memories of Otterburn in the 90's, reading pace notes in a cosworth at night was interesting, bloody quick in sections and lots of yumps to settle the stomach. Those were the days motoring news tarmac rallies.

It is. From where I live we used to occasionally see flashes of light on the horizon, I believe from the tanks firing. Haven't seen that for a long time

Would pass them on low loaders on A1, wot a sight. Think they rationed to 4 rounds per year now 🙁 just to keep stocks within date. K

I was actually looking forward to a bit of drizzle when I got back from Sweden but it's almost as hot here, but with the lack of lakes to swim in, it's rather more unpleasant 😄

Go to the seaside - it aint far from you . We did , 'view' was ' hugely' dissapointing thou ;) but windfarm looked nice . K

( few supertankers moored but the chips stand  ;)    )
