savage winds and rain battering my patio doors as i type (that is not a euphemism!) and i'm wondering if me greenhouses are gonna withstand the onslaught (we are over 700 feet above sea level and very exposed). Had to cancel tomorrows ash reduction as it's too stormy and risky.

Staying at home today, here we go again 70-80mph winds about 2pm here in east sussex, have 40 fence panels and 4 sheds to support! Only finished repairing the fence yesterday from the last event too damn it.

 

Going in to work Tues/Wed to clear up, going to be another day driving round with the quad and chipper.

Bit of everything today. Started windy but dry. Then the sun came out for a few hours and it mild. Followed by cloud cover, then rain, hail, snow and back to rain. Felltops are still while though.
