Thanks for posting, Alastair.

The one down-side I could give is that a short climber using a longish saw (Sugoi 360) finds the handle sticks out above the knee. (not that I'm short or have any problem with being short:blushing:)

I have also been converted. I used to have one made out of two dog collars but eventually got round to buying the real deal. Much comfier.

The only real con I can find with it is when climbing and your leg goes above horizontal your saw falls out of the scabbard. Oh and when you do it up on your leg your boot feels loose on your foot :)

Brilliant bit of kit tho

Try taping a magnet to your scabbard, that'll solve that one.

been using it for about 5 months and love it, been using it with a 360 sugoi and works well. find it works well in all situations even in very tight conifers. havent had it fall out many times and is always comfy, glad i bought one.

Stops your scabbard twisting and moving like when it is on your harness. and it looks cool

Does anyone else have an issue with the straps comeing undone or even with them moving about? I've already almsot cut through the top strap when sheathing the saw because it rides up over the top of the scabbard.
