Commercial price at the moment is £20/ton roadside.

I know a chap who will sell a short wheel base unimog of ash for £70.

Other examples sell from between £60 - £120 per load!

weight or volume capacity of truck will of course warrent price.

I've been quoting £140 for my landrover 130 load which works out at roughly 3 builders bags for £140

2.51 x 1.7 x 0.55 = 2.35 cubic metre

I have sold many bulk bags for £50 but not many loads for £140

But IMO they can like it or lump it, I wouldn't sell for less unless I was in imminent danger of joining the dole queue

You're better selling it in the bags Dean, the standard bulk bags I have are 0.8 X 0.8 X 0.8 = 0.512 . Times three thats 1.54 cube so your landy load is over four and a half bags.

The new vented bags I have are 0.84 cube but I won't be selling them this year.

When I pack the bulk bags I stack fairly tight whilst holding bag of the pallet forks.

When loading the landy it's just thrown in loose.

You do get slightly more in the landy but not much. Like a saddo I unloaded the landy into bulk bags to see how many it filled :blushing:
