No problem there because they aren’t carrying goods on the road, any water and chemical the sprayer holds is covered by the exemption.

you would have to have a changeover valve on the tank return as well to avoid cross contamination and still have a method off when you were on the change over to white letting the fuel system run clear off red

Its got nothing to do with the NFU, they don't write the law.

 

Insurance laws are made with NFU much involvement and discussion. (I have friends who work there)

 

Road Traffic and HMRC/VOSA laws are given advice again from the NFU who are fighting for Agricultural/Forestry rights all the time. (There were various meetings held around the UK the public could attend before the latest batch of laws/rules published on red diesel)

tom what are you runing doing on the road that is courrsing you concern

from what i see read between the lines on this one as it will all come down to the wording of the contract to if you can use red. eg if they use remove dangrous lim on tree x exctra and due to it being LA land it would most lightly be as deamed as manintane, it all down to how well would it hold up i cort
