I think you would have to give a reason if a judge were asking. I only ask because I would love to refuse an applicant on the basis of smoking. I had on guy try to quit with the gum once. I don’t know what was worse, the smoke or the constant “cud chewing” noises.

wow didnt know their was such intolerance for smokers. what about sweaty people? would you not employ a hard worker who stank to high heaven after a few hours work?

 

I used to employ a 27 stone guy as a groundy, he only weighed 19 stone when I'd finished with him.

He would only smell if he had,nt had a scrub the night before.Who would employ a minger,no one.

Smoking is dumb and dirty. Why do people still do it knowing the damage ignorance.

 

But this is about working away i dont think they guy has given enough info to go with.

 

How long when where would they be staying whats the starting wages etc.
