Sorry Master Bolam . I spent the first 13yrs of my life supporting the toon. Then my father in his wisdom moved me to sunny Cheshire due to work . The best local club I found was the potters whom I love with all my heart . 100% Stoke City since 1986 . I even got the scars to prove it . Although I did take a trip to watch Ashington get beat by Grimsby a week or so ago . Cold up there ain't it

In a previous life i worked as an electrician for my Dad.We had a big winter contract at a holiday camp doing various things.Nothing big in each chalet but it was all of them. There were other trades there too.

The security guard was a tosser. We had to lock all our materials and any left tools in a chalet which only he had the keys to.We were also only to use a toilet 200yds away as the water had been turned off everywhere else. He said he was responsible if anyone used the other toilets in the chalets .

I was working in the lofts and my maglite went missing overnight. The security boy had the key to the lock up and said i should be more carefull with my stuff.

Over the next few weeks i systematically went for a `pony` in every chalet that had been finished.Childish, but i was a teenager.

Once was ripped off by BT. Bosses phone bill came in and it had an extra £350 for call out charges, his wife found it and went ape thinking we had cut a telephone line on a job . We were adiment it wasn't us and asked BT for details of the site. Turns out we had never worked in the village, let alone the street or house where the line was cut. BT said the client said it was our company, we argued it wasn't and had invoices/diaries to confirm. BT said pay the bill and argue later (no chance mate!). turns out our company was xxx Tree Care and the pikies who did the job had an unmarked van but flyers calling themselves xxx Tree Services. BT just looked through yellow pages and picked the closest matched company to send the bill to! Robbing B***ards.
