Certainly Wood are paying £15/metre standing I think but that's all I have to go on...

 

per mtr per m3 or per tonne.

 

I would pay £10 per tonne standing but only within 25 mile radius of bolton. transport is the killer.

I know of a sawmills in herefordshire that pay 35£ t they make potato boxes or pallets out of it i think.

 

A lot of Pop used to go for cabbage boxes, but they make them from plastic now :thumbdown:

 

Nice to hear some are still using timber :thumbup1:

Ha HA, i was in the same boat last year. In the end it went for cattle bedding. Good luck some one will have it you just need patents.
