Can you not use the Planning Portal,

Planning Portal - Planning Applications

 

Lets you add Maps,Pics,Reports and you fill it all in online and send it in online.

 

Alot quicker then filling it all in by hand then posting it. I assume most LA are on it.But all depending on what LA your with and how they work.

A PDF is a portable document file, it's from Adobe. It's very good but to write on it you have to buy their software and it's expensive! to read a PDF you just need adobe reader which is free and the number one link on google world wide for the keyword: click here.

Try renaming it and deleting the x off the end of the file extension (from .docx to .doc)...

Or I could just stop being lazy and resave it in a more helpful format I guess...
