To be honest mate. Not yet looked at the 200 sit-up challenge yet, but if Bolam had put up a challenge of similar lines as the press up. I would have really liked that.

Over the years ( been a bit slack of late) I used to do every day 100 sit-ups, some times straight off, sometimes 2x 50 or even 5 20's, 3 sets of 33+1 depending on mood. 50 pressups and squats. I reckon the 100 pushups, 200 sit-ups on the cards in the coming weeks. Starting the program I mean.

I have been feeling the need for a challenge recently. Cheers, this could right up my street. I normally do Muay Thai for fitness and strength but having 2 kids, sometimes finding thetime is the hardes thing.

I did 1.0 and that was a dodgy one (not a jammy dodgy one though)

My stomach stopped my chest getting to the floor.

Must've been supervising from the ground for too long.

I'll give myself 100 lines 'must get fit again'

That's the thing, you can just hammer these out when you have a few minutes spare at home without spotters or sparring partners any time you fancy it.

I'll look like Jodie Marsh in no time.

Good numbers Robert. You must be younger than you look.:001_tt2:

:lol::lol:

never judge the book by the cover mate :biggrin:

I find palms down really painful. Hence the knuckles, but even they are painful onthe wood floors.

Knuckle pressups are really good for strengthening your wrists and you can go deeper into a pushup so work a little harder. Be careful on hard floors not to dislodge the thingy that goes between your knuckle and skin, ligament or muscle or whatever it is, can be pretty grim apparently!
