That's hell of a cheap! I've seen places half that space for £100/week around here...

How do you do it; got two arb mates who rent nice yards (fields) for £40 and £65 / month respectively 20 miles away; simply cannot get anything like it!

This place has come up and the owner has said "make him an offer"... Don't want to insult him but not got loadsa cash to throw at a facility that will help turn only a few grand p/a!

Shame about all the windows at the back, not much space to pile high so i would say 25 per week. Maybe a bit more if security is good asuming some kit is going to be left there.

I would say your problem is going to be lack of ground. I manage to cover an acre with junk used to process logs. To earn a living i think you will need at least 1/2 an acre securely fenced so you can pile up cord. I would say £30 a week but if you had yard with it £100 . Filling that shed with seasoned logs will barely cover the years rent. But if you had a 100 or so vent bags outside it would be a nice little set up.
