I've had a similar situation...I used to heat up a 2mm drill bit with a gas torch melt it into plastic ant use that to pull the whole lot out.  Faster than superglue?

Good luck regardless.

Nope. Can’t do it. Gonna strip it down so it is more of a handful and light enough to hold & shake with my left and use that heated bit to poke out. Once I’ve done it I will be asking how to reassemble the fecker

If your struggling pop it round happy to pull the exhaust and try and get it out of that.

Well thanks everyone. Although I was a great fan of Bob’s idea it was Spuds suggestion that worked ( he should have a side line in fixing em)

Bill.. it’s got a new chain, bar, sprocket and side panel IMG_2449.thumb.jpg.ac9c8ba21e651bc21744b623a317c630.jpg

I love my wife.
Came in from the shed. Her beautiful cheeks a warm glow from the bottle of Prosecco she had already necked.
“I’ve fixed it”
“Fixed what?”
“My new chainsaw “
“Well you can fix the fucking roof like you said you would last month “

Glad you sorted it, guess it was the "turning it around 180 degrees" suggestion that did it! I have put enough in MS200 and 201s so know you have to turn them round like this.

Glad it helped.
