Wanted to express my condolences to anyone involved in the shootings/bombings in Norway this week. Staggering and terrifying that this could be the work of a single person.

I can't imagine the terror that this guy must have inflicted, knowing that there was no real hope of escape for his victims.

Very sad indeed.

Many thanks for starting this Jonathan, greatest condolences to all involved.

The horror on the day of this is unimaginable to me, and the many directly involved will never forget.

RIP the many who perished.

Well posted J.

It's beyond my comprehension why someone would do this and I can't even begin to understand what the relatives of the victims, the survivors and the country as a whole are going through.

My condolences and thoughts are with them all.

My wife arrived in Oslo about 30 minutes after i heard about it and i was scared for her life, she is now in Trondheim with her friend so my heart is beating normal now.

RIP to all the victims and my thoughts go out to their families.

May the citizens of Norway now have the courage to seek out and punish all responsible and deport the balance from their lands. For the family's and friends of the injured and dead from this horrible act I shall say a Rosary for them tonight, may god bless their souls.

Norway and Sweden has always had tight bonds, this has really affected everyone in Sweden too. This attack on democracy and the killing of nearly a houndred people, mainly youngsters is a hard to understand.

A native norweigan, born and raised there, with so much hatred agains his own nation?!?

Following the events in Norway Norway observes a moment of silence Monday, July 25 at 12:00.
