Haha very good article I must get kettlebells not sure about letting the wife have a go though:)

Lorry it is just a weight with a handle, nothing more. The diference with going to a class with an instructor is you have to work as hard and as fast as he says for as long as he says.

5 minute warm up, 30 excercises, 1 minute long then 7 ab excercises 1 min long and then cool down and stretch to make up the hour.:001_smile:

If you do not have a plan to stick to with your work outs you will get fed up with not getting the right results and loose interest.

I could never get to the gym when the boys were babies, there just wasnt the time and i was working more then. Now i work around the gym during the day and make it part of my daily program.

Eating is very properly important, dont expect good results if your eating habits dont suit your plan

I know what you mean Stephen it's hard to keep pushing yourself on your own.

Me and our youngen just have half hour intense goes in the gym to save time and we've just put some focus Mitts in the lock up so we can have a quick mess on after work.(should get some heavy sparring mitts for when we fall out haha)

Anyone know how I can increase the grip diameter on my kettlebells?

On the plus side, my Transit insurance thread is going well, and my chicken and Caesar salad tea was delicious.

Get to feck with your derails you heathens.

Kettlebells? Explain this one then.

If the Russians are so hard, how come we chinned them in the Cold War?

Eh?
