Stihl or husky.........or Teles Smith???

Went to a sort of farm museum place the other day and saw this chainsaw that was so heavy it must have been carved out of a solid lump of cast iron i reckon!!

Anyway- I had never seen one before.:001_smile:

In bloody good condition given it's age!

 

I was at the Highland show this evening, and saw a whole load of very old saws, including a 60kg Villiers two man chainsaw!

re-painted at some point i'd bet...

 

wearing an 80cc JAP engine, and with gear-drive if you like trivia:thumbup1:

I have a 2 man saw with a Villiers engine, made by the Liner concrete manufacturing company of all people.
