Got a call yesterday

 

Customer "did you give a quote for felling a Lime??"

 

Me "not sure, how long ago??"

 

Customer "last couple of days"

 

Me "no, but I would be happy to come look and quote"

 

Customer "OK"

 

Won the job, was I wrong to do this????????

Good Call you won the job Fair and Square

You where honest and said it was not you who had quoted he then took you up on your offer, all good in my books.

Not at all mate IMO the other lad wasn't very organized and you gave a good price:)

 

No I think its the customer who is disorganised, must have lost the other guys number or forgotten who it was.

I wouldnt be surprised if you turn up and someone else is doing the job or its done by the time you get there. :001_rolleyes:

I just hope the customer hasnt shaken hands on the deal with another guy.:thumbdown:

 

I am sure if something like this does happen you are experienced enough to sort it out amicable:thumbup1:
