I know someone selling a m3 of processed logs, fresh felled though for £35

Annoying for those of us who buy timber in but if people can use their own wood or free arb waste they're probably making a decent profit and if the customers can dry it they'll be happy to.

How's everyone been getting on with sales since the new year?

We were rammed out then it was consistently busy then rammed out and now it's steady without being over run!

Just wondering if anyone have had a very good season and are having problems keeping up with demand etc?

Going out the door as fast as I can dry it. About 16 cube a week. Still new customers coming in for it too, not just existing.

Ahh I seem to hear it from everyone that it's the best year they've had, it's our best year aswell, we have been doing at peak probably around 80 maybe pushing 90 bags a week which was during that 2/3 week spell of extremely cokd weather and a bit of snow.

Still ticking over for us but only a third of peak sales. I'm happy to be honest as we're lambing at the same time so as long as we keep the orders at this level it will be a good year.
