Just tack the wire on with fencing staples. I use the wire bent back around and cable ties to fix the wire together, surprised how long they last into the 3rd year and haven't had to replace one cable tie yet! Cheap and fast to build.

 

Looks like a whole load of back ache and time to empty them

If your on about stretch then you got allow for that in your price.

 

There's one firm that's got the size and stretch under control use twice sell on for not much less than cost
