Portable/lightweight/folding bulk bag frame - any suggesions?

Any suggestions for a neat way of holding a bulk bag in position for filling that doesn't involve a fork lift, purpose built hopper, heavyweight frame or rigid cage?

 

It would be handy to have a lightweight frame that could be carried in a van, quickly assembled on site and then logs could be filled directly as they are cut and split.

 

Ideally something that does not take up a lot of space in the back of the van when not assembled.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tom what would the average dimension and weight requirments be for said frame?

Three pieces of ply wood that fold into a Z for storage but open up to make a three sided square with hooks at each corner for the bag to hang from. Then remove as much material from each panel as you can to make it lighter by cutting out big sections to leave just a frame?

A sheet of thin plywood or sheet of Perspex form it into a circle slide it in the dumpy bag it spreads resulting in the bag staying upright and open when full slide it out, to transport it lay it flat in the back of your truck simple and cheap

I got my brother to make one from scrap steel tube, took about an hour, cost me a bottle of falling down water !!.

 

Take a design of what you want to your local steel tube specialist, they will make you one up.

how are you going to move the bags when they're full...? i'm guessing with a side arm hoist on you truck or similar?

the trouble with filling a bag like this is that when it is "full" it's really not, the bag needs jouncing to allow the logs to settle, this will only happen in transit otherwise, resulting in a bag that doesn't look full when you get to the customers:sneaky2:
