There is only so far an accountant can go and at the end of the day we are all working to have money to spend on living a good life.

 

I spend on the business what is necessary and the rest I spend on the essentials of living and enjoying myself with my family. Anything none business related is subject to tax. Big tax bill means big bucks as disposable income.

Nobody enjoys paying a tax bill but just remember you're paying for the roads you drive round on; the schools your kids go to; the hospital that patches you up when you fall out of a tree; the basic pension your mum/gran gets -- and a lot more besides. It's pretty good value really when you think what it's like living in some countries.

 

Never resent paying your tax bill.
