63 next week

 

Marginally fitter than my first saw. Homelite XL2 Still got it but its retired now. Looking at the ages most would not remember them. Dual handle and no chain brake.They dont make then like that any more, especially Homelites

 

 

Mmmmm, already commented on my age but not quite as old as you.

 

I do know of the xl2 though. I remember my dad buying one new when I was a kid, must of been late '70s. It had a good life with him and I used it a lot until around 7 or 8 years ago when it was stolen.

 

Sad loss but fond memories of the first saw I ever used.
